I'm Courtney, a commissioned Remote Online Notary located in the state of Maryland. I provide remote online notarizations through a secure platform for signers nationwide.

How it Works
•Select the Secure Link "Book Your Appointment." Select the date and time that works best for you.
•Receive Confirmation Email. After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps and instructions to the secure Proof Notary Platform to upload your documents and complete the Knowledge Base Authentication.
Join your Secure Notary Session. You will then receive a secure session link for your remote online notarization appointment. Please have valid government issued ID, strong internet connection, proper lighting.
•Complete and Receive your documents. After our notary session and payment has been authorized, your notarized documents will be ready for immediate download.

Pricing:
•Standard Online Notarization: $35 (1 signer, 1 Document)
•Additional Documents: $10 per additional document (same session)
•Standard Online Notarization requiring a Witness: $45 (please note if you are unable to find a witness or do not have a witness during your signing one can be provided to you via the Proof Platform upon request)
•Additional Notarial Seal: $5 (for any documents that may require an additional notarial seal)
Payment is collected securely through the notarization platform at the time of booking.
Once payment has been received, documents are available for immediate download.
Important Note: Completing the PS Form 1583 requires two forms of identification: a Primary Photo ID and a Secondary Address ID. Both must be current, physical documents that match the information entered on your form.Please confirm requirements with your mail provider prior to booking if a witness is required.

How is payment handled?
•Payment for notarization services are collected securely through the Proof Notarization Network Platform.
How can you notarize documents nationwide if you are commissioned in Maryland?
I am commissioned as a Remote Online Notary (RON) in the state of Maryland. Under Maryland law, I may perform remote online notarizations for individuals located anywhere within the United States, as long as I am physically located in Maryland at the time of the notarization.
How much does online notarization cost?
•Pricing depends on the number of documents and notarial seals required. Please see the Pricing section above for full details. All payments are processed securely through the Proof Platform.
Do you provide Apostille Services?
I do not issue Apostilles. An Apostille is a certification provided by the Secretary of State after a document has been properly notarized. Once your document is notarized, you may submit it to the appropriate state authority for Apostille processing.
What do I need for my appointment?
•Please have a valid government issued ID and please ensure you are in a well lit environment.
